What Information Does PDSI Gather And/Or Track About You
Registration: When you register to receive PDSI services, whether those services are free or paid, PDSI requires that you supply your full name, e-mail address, contact information, and a unique subscriber ID. PDSI also requires demographic information (e.g. your job title and for what type of entity you work). Customers must also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use applicable to the service for which they are registering.

Anonymous Information
PDSI may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by PDSI or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

Cookies
"Cookies" give users a special, random ID that are small text files, which are stored on the hard drive of a user's computer. PDSI employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on the PDSI Web sites, as well as to track site usage. Subscribers who do not accept cookies from the PDSI Web sites cannot access many areas of PDSI's group of Web sites. For detailed information about our use of cookies, please contact us using our hyperlink. We use an outside ad company to display ads on the Site. These ads may contain cookies. While we use cookies in other parts of the Site, cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to these cookies or any information that they may contain.

What Does PDSI Do with the Information It Gathers and/or Tracks
Statistical Analysis and Banner Advertising
PDSI may perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes) and to inform advertisers as to how many consumers have seen or "clicked" their advertising banners. PDSI also uses demographic information to allow advertising banners on our Web site to be targeted to the readers for whom they are most pertinent. This means that readers see advertising that is most likely to interest them, and advertisers send their messages to people who are most likely to be receptive, improving both the user's experience and the effectiveness of the ads. In this statistical analyses and banner advertisement targeting, we will disclose information to third parties only in aggregate form.

Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.

Account Maintenance
PDSI may utilize the contact information you provided at registration, such as your telephone number and e-mail address, to contact you regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement, and to confirm registration.

Service Updates and Promotions
Using the contact information and e-mail addresses provided at registration, PDSI periodically sends promotional messages to its users about services offered by PDSI and other divisions within the PDSI group of companies, and notifies users of new features or changes that may be made to PDSI's services. If you prefer not to receive promotional e-mails from PDSI, please see the "Opting Out" provision below.
